- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Maximum Delivery Time
- Delivery: 6-8 days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or unforeseen delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or Whatsapp SMS with a tracking ID and link. Use this information to monitor the status of your package in real-time.
Packaging
All products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
International Shipping

Failed Delivery Attempts
In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts:
- The courier service will make up to two additional attempts to deliver your package.
- If delivery fails, the package will be returned to us, and our team will contact you to reschedule or process a refund (shipping fees may apply).
