Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellations by Customer:
    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.

    • Once your cancellation request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  2. Order Cancellations by Sahaso Bazaar:
    • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to circumstances such as unavailability of the product, incorrect pricing, or issues with payment processing.
    • In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be initiated.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are applicable for canceled orders (as per the cancellation policy) or for returned products that meet the return criteria.
    • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  2. Return and Refund Process:

    • Upon approval of your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  3. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
    • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.
  4. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Certain products, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, or products marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for refunds.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
